Information

• In this module, all todo items to be completed (open) by the current employee (planned tasks, open items, risk measures, opportunity measures, and process steps) to be carried out (open) by the current employee are displayed
  • in the predefined period (from and to fields)
  • grouped by date status (Delayed, Today, Future, Without date)
• The grouping lines show the number of respective todo items for the respective date status.
• You cannot create or edit todo items in this module.
• To edit or view the todo items, click on the link on the ID of the required activity and select the required command from the context menu to switch to the respective editing modules.

Details on the period

• The filter is set to
  • from = earliest existing date in the past
  • to = first day of the week after the next one.
• The system only displays the date status areas that contain open activities in the specified period.
• The period filter refers to the date displayed in the record of the respective activity.
• To change the filter, enter the required time period in the from and to fields and click on the Refresh period button.
• To display all activities, empty the from and to fields and click on the Update period button.

Details on date status

• The following date parameters are used to detect the date status of activities (with regard to today's date).
  • Task:
    • is Without date if neither Calc. start nor Calc. end exist.
    • is Delayed if Calc. end lies in the past.
    • is Today if Calc. start is today or lies in the past and Calc. end is today or lies in the future.
    • is Future if Calc. start, and Calc. end lie in the future.
  • Open item: Date
  • Opportunity measure: Date
  • Risk measure. Date
  • Process step: Date

Details on todo items

• Tasks: only the tasks for which the current resource is scheduled are displayed.
  • By clicking on the link in the Task name field of the required task or via the Edit task command from the context menu you switch to the Task where you can see the task data.
• Todo items: all todo items that are assigned to the current user are displayed.
  • By clicking on the link in the Open item name field of the required todo item or via the Edit open item you switch to the Todo Item module. You can create or edit data here.
• Risks: all risks are displayed with the risk measures for which the current user is defined as the person responsible.
  • By clicking on the link in the Risk field or via the Edit todo item context menu command you switch to the Risk module. You can create or edit data here.
• Opportunities: all opportunities with opportunity measures are displayed for which the current user is defined as person responsible.
  • Click on the link in the Opportunity name field or select the Show opportunity context menu command, you switch to the Opportunity module. You can create or edit data here.
• Process steps: all process steps of the employee are displayed.
  • By clicking on the link in the Process step name field or via the Open project context menu command, you can switch to the Project panel. You can look at and edit data here.
  • Via the Edit process step context menu command you switch to the Process Step module. You can create or edit data here.
• On all todo items you can open the Reporting Hours Worked module by right-clicking on the activity item and selecting the Reporting of Hours Worked command.
  • At the moment you cannot report hours worked to the request process steps.

	Calculated dates of the resource for the selected task in the selected project	The color of the bar is determined by the code of the corresponding project. 	Actual dates of the selected resource for the selected task in the selected project		Actual start and last Latest time recording date of a resource in a task (resource assignment) are calculated from the reported hours worked of the corresponding resource (DT472) or are edited manually.
	Date of todo items, risks and opportunity measures and process steps		The date value for the bar is calculated: for the todo items from the Date (DT804) field for the risks measures from the Date (DT811) field for the opportunity measures from the Date (DT813) field for the process steps from the Date (DT499) field.
